We will conduct Customer Due Diligence (KYC) on our customers.
Our staff will carry out a visual and physical inspection of the pledged items.
After the inspection is completed, we will offer a loan to the customer. The customer can decide whether to accept the loan amount offered by us.
Once the customer agrees to accept the offered loan amount, we will issue the pawn ticket and the loan amount to the customer. The pledged item will be stored in our premises’ vault. Customers can redeem or renew the pawn ticket at any time within the 6-month period.
We ensure you clearly understand the validity period of the pawn ticket and the redemption process in a clear, simple, and transparent manner.
Each Pawn Ticket is valid for 6 months. However, some customers may forget the expiry date due to their busy lives, so friendly reminders will be sent to customers from time to time. In addition, customers may renew the pawn ticket without limit for a further 6 months.
At PAJAKING, we believe that all pledged items rightfully belong to our customers. Therefore, we take good care of your valuables, and you may redeem them at any time within the six-month period. During redemption, our counter staff will inform you of the interest payable.
We offer loan amounts with a monthly interest rate not exceeding 2% to our customers. Our customers only need to pay interest when renewing or redeeming their pawn tickets. We do not impose any hidden charges, and we do not apply compounding interest to our customers.
